We understand how unusual and sometimes worrying buying an artwork online can be. So do contact us with any questions or thought bubbles you have,  we would love to talk to you.

Authenticity
All work available for sale on the ARTSHOUSE website is authentic and is signed by the artist. Each artwork comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, background on the artist and a care of works sheet.

Payment
We want you to feel comfortable about buying from ARTSHOUSE online and that is why we use PAYPAL to process all payments.

Delivery
ARTSHOUSE delivers all website purchases of unframed artwork over £300 within the UK for free. This is usually by Addison Lee, Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL. We will usually confirm when will be the most convenient day for you. We usually deliver within 10 working days. If you would like an express service please contact us first and we will do our very best to help.

Insurance
ARTSHOUSE insures each purchase until it is delivered to you. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Returns and Refunds
If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs). Please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt if you would like to return your artwork for any reason. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Damaged goods
ARTSHOUSE will make every effort to ensure your purchase is delivered to you in perfect condition. If for any reason your goods are damaged upon receipt, we will make every effort to rectify the situation. We will arrange collection of the damaged artwork and replace it if possible (subject to availability). Alternatively we will offer you a full refund.
